5 Activities and Tools For a Summer of Self-Care! 🌞

Summer is here friends! And we plan to make it one filled with love, laughter, family, friends, and most importantly self-care! You know we always got you, so here are a few activities and tools to help you make this summer a restorative one!

1. Make a Self-Care Plan! Remember Critical Self Care is an ongoing practice which involves setting boundaries, prioritizing career and personal goals, and having readily available strategies for states of extreme stress. 3. Journal! Journaling is a good way to track your goals and progression. It’s time to give those goals you want to achieve in the near and far future a home. 4. Listen to Daily Guided-Meditations! Meditating can center and balance you in so many ways! It reminds us to be mindful and stay present in the moment.
