In 2018 we created Restore More to help organizations build capacity with Restorative Practices, Anti-Racism, Teacher Wellness, and Social-emotional Health. We create curriculum and workshops for teachers, leaders, and parents. Our vision is to teach people how to unpack their emotions, giving voice to the tough stuff to be their healthiest selves.

Claudine Miles, Co-Founder CEO
Claudine Miles, originally from East Providence, Rhode Island, holds an English Degree from Hampton University, and an Educational Leadership degree from Georgia State University. As a proud TFA alum her work started at KIPP WAYS ACADEMY, a Title I. public charter in SW Atlanta. During her 10 years there, she served in several roles including: 6th grade Science Teacher, Grade Level Chair, Gifted Coordinator, Upper School Dean, and Dean of Restorative Practices. She’s won Teacher of the year and led her school to winning Charter School of The Year in 2016. In 2018, Claudine launched a consulting firm called Restore More, which has a central mission to continue sharing wellness strategies nationwide to uplift communities of color. Claudine serves as the Vice-Chair for Zest Preparatory Academy’s school board, was a TFA 2019 - 2021 Social Innovation Fellow, 2020 CCI Fellow, and is a proud member of the ACEE Regional Strategies Team. In January 2021, she advocated and got two policies passed in Atlanta Public Schools for restorative practices and trauma informed care. Recently, she won $15,000 to continue the work of Restore More’s mission and was honored with an Innovative Educator Support Award.

Naraffy Lyn Regis, Digital Marketing Strategist
Naraffy Lyn Regis is a graduate of Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA where she received her Bachelor's degree in Journalism with a Minor in Sociology. After graduating in 2020, Naraffy obtained an internship with Restore More in July 2020. Shortly after she became a Part-Time employee in September 2020. As of February 2021, she was their first full-time hire as a Digital Marketing Strategist. Naraffy has a passion for writing and creating. She aims to express herself through the art of words. For fun, She enjoys playing video games and has a love for anything animated.
Hanna Jadin, Executive Assistant
Hanna Jadin, originally from Wisconsin, holds a degree in Urban Education & Leadership from Concordia University, Wisconsin. She taught middle school in Milwaukee for many years before joining a founding middle school team as the Dean of Students & Culture. During this time is when Hanna first connected with Restore More by collaborating to provide restorative practice professional development to her school team. In 2019, Hanna moved to Minneapolis and built out multiple programs that support students & families during the transition from 8th grade to and through high school and beyond. Hanna joined the Restore More team in 2022 as a Facilitator & Executive Assistant.
Aletha Ruffin, CEO of 1 Leaving a Legacy & Restore More Affiliate
Aletha Ruffin, Founder, and CEO of 1 Leaving a Legacy Enterprises LLC was born and reared in Toledo, Ohio. She holds a Doctor of Organizational Leadership (ABD) with an emphasis on Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University, a Master of Arts in Teaching and Learning also from Nova Southeastern University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Education with a specialty in Deaf Education from the University of North Florida. Aletha is an accomplished former administrator and teacher in Duval County Public Schools, where she spent 20 years making a significant impact on the lives of teachers, students, and families. One of her most noted accomplishments was developing a district-wide partnership between Duval County Public Schools and The University of North Florida to further the mission of AVID, allowing equal access to higher education for youth with low to moderate-income status. Over the course of her career in education, Aletha has developed a passion for closing the achievement gap among students of color with their counterparts. She specializes in restorative practices, mental health first aid, trauma-informed practices, and inclusive practices for all.
