Healing Circles

Circles support two main goals of restorative practices: building community; and responding to harms through dialogue that sets things right. They are a structural framework to build relationships and to address conflict within a community. They create safe spaces, build connections and offer a unique means of formative assessment. Restore More will build a customized circle script to address the staff culture and needs. This session can be done virtually or in person.

Leadership Coaching

Leaders over culture, equity, or inclusion need high quality coaching, and our goal is to provide it to maximize growth. Through our approach we will move through a rigorous coaching cycle. Which includes, defining a cultural vision for the staff, reviewing long and short term culture goals, refining practicing, discussing action steps, creating a plan, and developing quality PD for staff on culture.

Workshops

60 min - 90 min professional development session in which participants engage in interactive activities with tangible action steps.
